Picture Perfect

Hey ya'll! Once again I'm playing catch up! After a busy, yet fun-filled day yesterday, all I wanted to do was rest.. And rest I did. Now on to the fun stuff! Yesterday, the hubby and I had the opportunity to take our maternity pictures. I thank God for Steven Harper of According to Steven Photography for graciously gifting us (FREE) with the photo shoot and for the words of encouragement and wisdom he shared with us yesterday. The photo shoot will definitely be one of the most memorable days during my time here at the hospital. It was such a refreshing and heart-warming experience.

When I mentioned to the nursing staff and some others about the shoot, they thought I was joking, but I was VERY serious! Steve brought his backdrop so that we could take some pictures in the room and we were fortunate enough to have the beautiful scenery of the hospital's Serenity Garden to take some photos as well. I think the pictures are AMAZING! The most important thing to me was that we took the time to take some pictures so that we can look back and remember the journey that we took to meet our little acorn. Take a look at some of the pictures below and feel free to comment on the post as well.
